ALGIERS- The Rwandan Government has given its approval to the appointment of Mr. Mohamed Mellah, as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to the Republic of Rwanda, said, Sunday, a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad.
“The Rwandan Government has given its approval to the appointment of Mr. Mohamed Mellah, as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to the Republic of Rwanda, said, Sunday,” read the communiqué.
