Diplomacy: Nicaragua plans to reopen its embassy in Algiers

ALGIERS- During his attendance at the inauguration ceremony of Nigeria’s elected President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Speaker of the People’s National Assembly, Brahim Boughali, held a meeting with the Nicaraguan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Denis Moncada. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the strong and historic relations between the two countries and explore opportunities to enhance cooperation at various levels.
The meeting focused on strengthening communication and dialogue between the two legislative institutions of Algeria and Nicaragua, with a particular emphasis on joint parliamentary work. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nicaragua expressed his desire to reopen the country’s embassy in Algeria in the near future.
