Double Anniversary: Premier in Timimoun Tomorrow to Commemorate UGTA Creation and Hydrocarbon Nationalization

ALGIERS- Prime Minister Nadir Larbaoui, entrusted by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, will embark on a working visit to Timimoun tomorrow, Saturday, as announced by a statement from the Prime Minister’s office.
According to the statement, the Prime Minister will oversee the commemoration of the dual anniversary of the founding of the General Union of Algerian Workers (UGTA) and the nationalization of hydrocarbons, coinciding with the date of February 24th, 1956 and 1971, respectively.
The statement further specified that the Prime Minister will be accompanied by the Minister of the Interior, Local Assemblies, and Urban Development, the Minister of Energy and Mines, the Minister of Labor, Employment, and Social Security, as well as the Secretary-General of the General Union of Algerian Workers.
