ISTANBUL– On a momentous occasion that echoed the values of unity, education, and cultural preservation, the International Algerian Association in Istanbul proudly inaugurated the Center for Teaching the Holy Qur’an and the Arabic Language. The center’s opening ceremony was graced by esteemed guests, including the representative of the Algerian ambassador to Turkey, and was held under the supervision of the Algiers Mosque’s Minister and Rector, Sheikh Mohamed Maamoun Al Kacimi.
