ALGIERS- The Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, held a productive meeting on Thursday with Brahim Bouderbala, the President of the Assembly of Peoples Representatives (Tunisian Assembly), who is currently on a working visit to Algeria. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and reinforce the longstanding and profound bilateral relations between the two nations, with a particular focus on the energy and mining sectors.
According to a statement released by the ministry, both sides engaged in a comprehensive review of the historical ties between Algeria and Tunisia, exploring avenues to further strengthen these bonds. The discussions centered around the advancement of ongoing projects, existing contracts, and future collaboration opportunities aimed at bolstering the electricity, natural gas, and renewable energy networks.
