ALGIERS- In preparation for the upcoming summer holiday season of 2024, the National Maritime Passenger Transport Company, ENTVM, has announced the arrival of the Greek ship “Ariadne,” chartered to bolster its operations and ensure a successful season.
“As part of its ongoing preparations to ensure the success of the 2024 summer holiday season and its efforts to facilitate the entry of as many community members as possible into the country to spend the summer holidays with their families and loved ones, the chartered Greek ship ‘Ariadne’ is arriving on Friday, March 22nd, to strengthen the company’s naval fleet,” ENTVM announced in a statement.
The national company specified that the ship “Ariadne” will commence its first voyage on Sunday, March 24th, between Algeria and Marseille.
It’s worth noting that this is the second ship chartered by ENTVM as part of its fleet reinforcement plan in anticipation of the 2024 summer season.
On January 31st, the national maritime company had already announced the reinforcement of its fleet with the Italian ship “Mobi Dada,” which began its crossings on February 1st, 2024.
