Algiers, Algeria | February 13th, 2025 — In a startling revelation, renowned Algerian lawyer and historian Fatima Zohra Benbraham has uncovered a classified document exposing a secret nuclear collaboration between France and the Zionist entity during the colonial era. The document, dating back to the rule of former French President Charles de Gaulle, provides undeniable evidence of French nuclear scientists working in tandem with Zionist authorities in a covert program, with dire consequences for Algeria.
Speaking during a scholarly seminar hosted by the People’s National Assembly (APN) on France’s nuclear tests in Algeria, Benbraham disclosed that she accidentally stumbled upon the document, revealing a long-buried nuclear conspiracy.
France’s Hidden Nuclear Agenda: A Pact of Deception
According to Benbraham, the document reveals that several French nuclear experts were directly involved in a clandestine nuclear project with the Zionist entity, a covert operation shielded from public scrutiny. The secret alliance between France and the Zionists was not merely an isolated scientific collaboration—it was deeply entangled with France’s nuclear tests in Algeria, particularly in Reggane, where France detonated its first nuclear bomb in 1960.
“This covert nuclear pact had profound and lasting consequences for Algeria,” Benbraham stated, emphasizing that France’s nuclear ambitions were not confined to military supremacy, but were part of a broader geopolitical strategy that involved arming the Zionist entity while simultaneously subjecting Algerian lands to nuclear devastation.
Reggane—a historic symbol of Algeria’s resistance against French colonial rule—became not only a testing ground for France’s 18 nuclear detonations between 1960 and 1966, but also a site of secret nuclear cooperation with the Zionists.
Demanding Full Disclosure: The Era of Concealment Is Over
Benbraham called for the immediate declassification of all related documents, stating that Algerians have a right to uncover the full extent of this nuclear conspiracy.
“These secrets have been buried for too long. The Algerian people must know the truth about how their land was used as a laboratory for nuclear destruction,” she asserted.
The radioactive legacy of these nuclear tests remains a catastrophic crime, with long-lasting environmental and health consequences that continue to afflict Algerian communities.
Scientific Evidence: The Lingering Toxic Fallout
Professor Amar Mansouri, a prominent nuclear engineering researcher, reinforced Benbraham’s findings, detailing the immense radioactive contamination caused by France’s nuclear tests.
“Between 1960 and 1966, France conducted at least 18 nuclear explosions, unleashing massive radioactive fallout that continues to poison Algerian lands and people,” Mansouri explained. He warned that radioactive contamination is still detected in soil, water, and even human DNA in affected areas.
Despite repeated calls for justice, France has consistently refused to take full responsibility for the irreversible damage caused by its nuclear activities in Algeria.
A Call for Justice: Holding France Accountable
The revelations have intensified calls for France to issue a formal apology, fully declassify all nuclear-related documents, and provide reparations to the victims. Algerian officials, researchers, and activists insist that France must acknowledge its crimes and address the environmental catastrophe it left behind.
“The truth cannot remain buried forever,” Benbraham declared. “Algeria demands justice, accountability, and a full reckoning with this dark chapter of history.”
As the shadows of France’s colonial nuclear experiments continue to haunt Algeria, the fight for truth, justice, and reparations is far from over.
