ALGIERS- Fiat El Djazair, the car dealer of the Italian group Stellantis, has signed two partnership agreements with insurance companies in Algeria. The agreements were made with the National Insurance Company (SAA) and Alliance Assurance, aiming to enhance the services provided to Fiat El Djazair customers and streamline the insurance process for vehicle repairs.
The agreement between SAA and Fiat El Djazair encompasses various services that will be offered to customers insured by SAA. One of the key aspects of the partnership is the provision of a direct SAA service within each Fiat El Djazair showroom. This ensures that customers have convenient access to insurance-related assistance and support. Additionally, the agreement emphasizes the importance of customer satisfaction by guaranteeing continuous communication, attentive follow-up, and the introduction of tools to simplify the claims process and enhance the quality of services provided.
Moreover, the partnership enables the completion of appraisal and repair stages at Fiat workshops, with SAA covering the costs of these services. This ensures that customers can have their vehicles repaired by qualified and certified technicians using original spare parts. By integrating insurance services directly into the Fiat El Djazair service centers, the partnership aims to streamline the claims process and improve the overall customer experience.

As part of the partnership, Alliance Assurance will have a presence at Fiat points of sale and showrooms. They commit to offering optimal insurance coverage for Fiat vehicles imported and produced in Algeria.
