FM Attaf Engages with Algerian Community in Romania

ALGIERS- During his productive visit to Romania, Ahmed Attaf, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, had a meeting on Tuesday in Bucharest with representatives of the Algerian community residing in this Eastern European country.
According to a press release, this gathering, held at the Algerian embassy, provided an invaluable opportunity for Minister Attaf to attentively listen to the concerns of Algerian citizens living abroad and to update them on the outcomes of his visit to Bucharest, as well as the latest developments on the national front.
During the meeting, the minister emphasized “the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune’s unwavering commitment to the human aspect in fostering cooperative and partnership relations between Algeria and its friendly and partner nations.”
Furthermore, Minister Attaf shared with Algerians residing in Romania the measures implemented by the President of the Republic to address the issues faced by the Algerian community abroad and to safeguard their interests.
By enhancing communication and understanding, this meeting served as a testament to the Algerian government’s dedication to its citizens living outside the country’s borders. It highlighted the importance of fostering strong ties between Algeria and its diaspora, ensuring their well-being and protecting their rights.
