FM Minister Attaf Receives New Syrian Ambassador to Algeria

ALGIERS- The Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, received Mr. Maher Annan Baddour in Algiers on Wednesday. Mr. Baddour presented the Minister with the authenticated copies of the letters of credence accrediting him as the new ambassador of the Syrian Arab Republic to Algeria, as stated in a ministry communiqué.

Algeria and Syria have reaffirmed their commitment to bolstering diplomatic relations, as evidenced by the meeting between Algerian Foreign Minister Ahmed Attaf and Syria’s newly appointed Ambassador, Maher Annan Baddour.
