Former Finnish President Martti Ahtisaari: Salah Goudjil Signs Condolence Register

ALGIERS– Salah Goudjil, Speaker of the Council of the Nation, solemnly signed the condolence register on behalf of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune at the Finnish Embassy in Algiers on Monday.
