French-Moroccan Disinformation Campaign Targets Algeria: A Malicious Attempt to Undermine Algerian-Syrian Relations

The malicious reports falsely claim that Algeria is seeking the repatriation of so-called Algerian fighters who allegedly participated in Syria’s war. Moreover, the Moroccan regime and its French backers are desperate to derail Algeria’s efforts to re-establish strong ties with Syria, a move that threatens their geopolitical interests. Morocco’s calculated campaign against Algeria’s diplomatic outreach underscores its frustration at Algeria’s rising stature in the Arab world and its role as a key mediator in regional affairs.
