Gérald Darmanin Commends Algeria and France’s Collaborative Efforts

ALGIERS- Gérald Darmanin, the French Minister of the Interior, was received by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune on Sunday. Following the audience, Darmanin expressed his admiration for the fruitful cooperation between Algeria and France in a press statement.

Right from the start, Darmanin expressed his “honour” at being granted an extensive audience with the President of the Republic. He emphasized that his purpose was to deliver a message from President Emmanuel Macron, one that conveyed “friendship and esteem.”

The French minister also lauded the joint efforts of both nations, particularly in the areas of civil security, migration, and judicial police. He further conveyed his deep respect and friendship towards the Algerian people, highlighting the strong bond forged between the two Presidents.
