ALGIERS- The Minister of the Knowledge Economy, Start-ups and Micro-enterprises, Yacine El-Mahdi Oualid, presented, today, Wednesday, during the weekly government meeting, chaired by the Prime Minister, Mr. Aïmene Benabderrahmane, a new approach adopted for the micro-enterprise sector to boost the efficiency of the aid systems operation, said a press release from the Prime Minister’s office.
This new approach aims to “strengthen, in particular through the digitalisation, the transparency and good governance of these support systems as well as develop new services adapted to the operating needs of micro-enterprises,” added the statement.
The new approach also plans to “reinforce the training of project leaders in entrepreneurship and business management in order to better support them and promote their entrepreneurial skills”, underlined the communiqué.
In this context, “the development of a national mapping of subcontracting should allow better orientation of investment projects towards activities responding to local economic potential”, further note the same document.
