3. Local Economies: Catalysts for Wealth Creation and Job Opportunities:
   By fostering entrepreneurship and capitalizing on regional assets, the conference will aim to unlock Algeria’s potential to generate economic wealth and address unemployment through targeted local initiatives.
4. Digitization and Modernization of Proximal Public Services:
   This segment will emphasize leveraging cutting-edge technologies to streamline public services, enhance transparency, and deliver efficient governance that meets citizens’ expectations.
5. Urban Planning for High-Quality Living Environments:
   With rapid urbanization, the meeting will focus on strategic urban planning to ensure balanced development, environmental preservation, and improved living conditions for Algerians.
