ALGIERS- The wilaya of Djelfa is set to receive a complementary program that will enable it to carry out development projects, according to an announcement made by the Minister of the Interior, Local Assemblies, and Regional Planning during his visit to the region on Thursday.
Speaking before local authorities and civil society, the government official assured citizens that the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, has given firm instructions to address their concerns. He also emphasized the need for public authorities to boost investment in the wilaya.
“The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, is committed to establishing equity between regions and balance in development,” the minister added. To this end, additional programs will be approved for certain wilayas to make up for delays in economic development and promote sustainable growth across the country.
