ALGIERS- August 20, 2023- The Algerian football community is reeling from a disturbing revelation brought to light by journalist Hafid Derradji, who has exposed the deplorable conditions at the Sidi Moussa Center, a once-proud training facility for national teams. The disturbing images released by Derradji depict a situation of utter neglect, leaving the center’s infrastructure – from training grounds to accommodation – in ruins due to a combination of lack of maintenance and poor management.

He asserts that an expert should be appointed to conduct a thorough audit of the federation’s accounts spanning the past decade. This audit would not only uncover the reasons behind the federation’s financial woes but also shed light on the shocking accumulation of debt that has brought the once-prosperous organization to its knees.
