The President of the Algerian Economic Renewal Council (CREA) Kamel Moula hosts Ambassador Marcos Vinícius Pinta Gama, paving the way for B2B meetings and a major Algerian-Brazilian Business Forum to boost trade and investment cooperation.

Algiers, Algeria | April 28th, 2025 — In a strong demonstration of Algeria’s commitment to expanding its international economic partnerships, Kamel Moula, President of the Algerian Economic Renewal Council (CREA), welcomed, on Monday, His Excellency Marcos Vinícius Pinta Gama, Ambassador of Brazil to Algeria, along with an accompanying delegation, at the CREA headquarters.

The high-level meeting was marked by fruitful and strategic discussions focused on enhancing the investment climate and laying the groundwork for new “win-win” partnerships between Algerian and Brazilian economic actors. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral ties in the fields of commerce, trade, and broader economic cooperation.

“Today’s exchanges demonstrate the shared will of Algeria and Brazil to consolidate a dynamic and mutually beneficial economic relationship,” Moula emphasized, noting that CREA stands ready to foster innovative partnerships across sectors vital for sustainable development and economic growth.

Ambassador Pinta Gama, expressing Brazil’s keen interest in deepening its economic engagement with Algeria, extended an official invitation to Algerian business leaders to participate in a series of bilateral business meetings (B2B). These meetings are scheduled to take place from May 24 to May 26, during which Algerian and Brazilian companies will have the opportunity to discuss potential collaboration and concrete investment projects.

Moreover, the discussions laid the foundations for the preparation and organization of a major Algerian-Brazilian Business Forum, a landmark event expected to open new horizons for economic diplomacy, trade facilitation, and investment flows between the two nations.

This initiative underscores CREA’s growing role as a central platform for promoting Algeria’s economic openness and positioning the country as a strategic hub for international partnerships, particularly with rising global economies like Brazil.

The upcoming B2B encounters and the planned business forum are seen as vital steps towards building a resilient and diversified economic alliance capable of meeting the demands of the evolving global market and contributing to the prosperity of both nations.
