Kyrgyzstan Approves New Algerian Ambassador: Mohamed Irki Appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Representative

Algiers, Algeria | August 11th, 2024 — The government of Kyrgyzstan has formally approved the appointment of Mr. Mohamed Irki as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. This appointment was confirmed in a statement released by the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad on Sunday.
Mr. Irki’s appointment represents a significant step forward in strengthening diplomatic ties between Algeria and Kyrgyzstan. As the new ambassador, Mr. Irki will be based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where he will act as Algeria’s chief diplomatic representative to Kyrgyzstan.
