ALGIERS- In accordance with the directives of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, aimed at accelerating the digitization process, and as a realization of the strategic dimensions outlined by the National Observatory for Civil Society for the period from 2024 to 2030, Mr. Nourredine Benbraham, the President of the National Observatory for Civil Society, will oversee the launch of Algeria’s first e-learning platform dedicated to training and capacity building for members and stakeholders of civil society. The initiative, named “Skills+,” will be inaugurated on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at the Moufdi Zakaria Cultural Palace, starting from 2:00 PM.
The platform aims to provide tailored training and development opportunities for individuals and entities within the civil society landscape in Algeria. This initiative aligns with the national vision to accelerate digital transformation, emphasizing the strategic importance of enhancing the capabilities of civil society members.
The launch event, scheduled to take place at the Moufdi Zakaria Cultural Palace, will commence at 2:00 PM, offering a comprehensive introduction to the “Skills+” platform. Mr. Nourredine Benbraham, in his capacity as the President of the National Observatory for Civil Society, will address the audience, highlighting the platform’s significance and its role in empowering civil society actors through accessible and targeted online training.
