Oum El Bouaghi– In a determined effort to drive economic progress and foster job creation, the Minister of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production, Mr. Ali Aoun, undertook a comprehensive working and inspection visit to the wilaya of Oum El Bouaghi on Wednesday. During his visit, Minister Aoun reiterated his unwavering commitment to effectively reclaim unutilized industrial land, emphasizing the importance of adhering to legal obligations and catalyzing job opportunities.

Mr. Aoun asserted, “The laws are unequivocal. Investors who are granted access to land for industrial purposes are obligated to meet stipulated project initiation deadlines. Failure to comply with these deadlines necessitates adherence to the full extent of the law, potentially resulting in the reversion of the land to the authorities of the respective wilaya.”
