Minister Attaf Meets Tunisian President Saïed, Delivers Letter from President Tebboune

ALGIERS- Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, was received today by Tunisian President Kaïes Saïed in his capacity as a special envoy of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
During the meeting, Minister Attaf handed over a handwritten letter from President Tebboune to President Saïed. Attaf emphasized that President Tebboune is keen on continuous communication and coordination with President Saïed to enhance bilateral relations effectively. He affirmed that the coordination between the two presidents is aimed at promoting the best interests of both countries, the region, and regional neighbors.
“This visit to Tunisia comes within the context of a highly positive momentum in Algerian-Tunisian relations. The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to highlight the qualitative strides made by both countries over the past four years under the wise guidance of Presidents Abdelmadjid Tebboune and Kaïes Saïed,” stated Minister Attaf.
He expressed his conviction that Algeria and Tunisia are steadily progressing in the right direction, working towards maximizing cooperation, strengthening social ties between the two peoples, and enhancing political consensus to influence regional and international affairs.
Minister Attaf renewed his gratitude to President Saïed for the warm reception and for the message of friendship and fraternity that he conveyed. He emphasized his commitment to delivering these sentiments to President Tebboune.
