Minister Derbal oversees commissioning of artesian well to supply drinking water to city of Ksar Chellala

ALGIERS- According to a statement from the Ministry, Minister of Water Resources, Taha Derbal, oversaw the commissioning of an artesian well to supply the city of Ksar Chellala with potable water.
The Minister visited the province of Tiaret today for a working and inspection visit. He was welcomed by the Governor of the province, Ali Bouguerra, along with the Deputy Governor of the delegated province of Ksar Chellala, Daoudi Toufik.
The statement added that after overseeing the commissioning of the artesian well, the Minister listened to a presentation on the indicators of the irrigation sector in the delegated province of Ksar Chellala.
It is worth noting that the Minister also gave the green light for the start of work on the project to protect the city of Ksar Chellala from floods, emphasizing the importance of respecting the completion of these structured projects, which are directly related to the safety of citizens, with the need for continuous monitoring of the various interests of these projects.
