ALGIERS- Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, the Minister of Housing, Urbanism, and City, commenced a working inspection visit to Timimoun, a province in Algeria, on Sunday. During his visit, Belaribi will inspect numerous projects and facilities pertaining to the housing sector.
This visit follows the Minister’s recent tour to Adrar province on Saturday, where he inaugurated several facilities and laid the foundation stones for additional projects. The visit began with a detailed presentation on the housing sector in the province, delivered by executive directors within the sector.
The presentation covered the province’s comprehensive housing program, which includes 400 public rental housing units, 4,817 rural subsidies, and 300 subsidized upgrading housing units, in addition to 360 subsidized upgrading housing units for 2018.
Belaribi’s visit underscores the government’s commitment to advancing housing and urban development initiatives across Algeria. By engaging directly with local projects and stakeholders, the Minister aims to ensure effective implementation and address any challenges hindering progress.
