Algiers, Algeria | January 20th, 2025 — In a strategic effort to enhance collaboration between the Ministry of Vocational Training and Education and the Algerian Red Crescent, Dr. Yacine El Mahdi Oualid, Minister of Vocational Training and Education, welcomed Dr. Ibtissem Hamlaoui, President of the Algerian Red Crescent, to the Ministry’s headquarters.
