ALGIERS- In a meeting held on Sunday, Minister of Trade and Export Promotion, Tayeb Zitouni, discussed essential measures to be taken to ensure an ample supply of widely consumed products.
During the working session with ministry officials, the minister underscored the necessity of thorough preparation for the upcoming holy month of Ramadan and the intensification of supervisory efforts.
The session focused on reviewing and discussing the necessary steps that must be taken to guarantee the supply and abundance of essential products, anticipating the month of Ramadan, expected to commence in late March.
Furthermore, there was a strong emphasis on doubling efforts to ensure the safety and health of consumers, aligning with the ministry’s commitment to maintaining high standards during this significant period.
