Indeed, he described Algerian dates as “the best in the world”. The Moroccan citizen appeared in a video posted on social networks. It was shared by the media Chouf Chouf on Facebook.
“It is sweet like honey,” the Morrocan, very impressed with the quality of the packaging, assured.
With a solemn tone, he also sent a message of brotherhood to the Algerians.

“Deglet Nour,” the pride of Algeria
“Deglet Nour or Date of Light” is a variety of Algerian dates produced mainly in the southern regions of the country, where hot and dry climatic conditions are ideal for their growth. “Date of light” is in reference to the translucent nature of its flesh. Algerian dates are among the best on the planet. They are exported all over the world.
According to the latest figures from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), Algeria produced 1.2 million tonnes in 2021, ranked fourth after Egypt, Iran and Saudi Arabia.
