ALGIERS- In a heartwarming display of compassion and support, Mustapha Hidaoui, the President of the Superior Council of Youth (CSJ), addressed Al-Muntasir Billah Hafiane, a young man from touggourt who has been living with half a body since a tragic accident in 2005. Via videoconference technology, Hidaoui assured Al-Muntasir Billah that he would not be abandoned and personally pledged to facilitate the transfer of his file to the relevant authorities.
