ALGIERS- Prime Minister Nadhir Larbaoui stated that the graduation ceremony of the 52nd class of the National School of Administration comes at a time when our country, under the leadership of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, embodies its strategic choice to accelerate its economic and social transformation, relying on the skills of its citizens and its human capital.
During his speech at the graduation ceremony of the 52nd class of the National School of Administration, the Prime Minister emphasized President Tebboune’s strong determination to fully embody the ambitious project aimed at comprehensive state reform in all its branches and institutions.
He also underscored that the Head of State consistently emphasized the importance of optimal care for human resources, especially the younger generation.
Nadir Larbaoui recalled the decisions made by President Tebboune to improve the professional and social conditions of civil servants by strengthening tax equity, enhancing salaries, and revising fundamental laws and compensatory systems. It is worth noting that this class was named after the late Mujahid “Colonel Youcef El Khatib”, also known as “Si Hassan”, commander of the historic Wilaya VI, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 91.
