ALGIERS-  In a time when the Moroccan government is welcoming leaders of the Zionist entity, who are responsible for heinous crimes against the Palestinian people, the government is also suppressing voices that oppose normalization with the Jewish state. These voices denounce the poor living conditions that have plunged several sections of Moroccan society into poverty.

Reports indicate that the Moroccan police prevented dozens of demonstrators from the National Coordination of the Unemployed Holders of Diplomas from holding a sit-in in front of the Ministry of the Interior in Rabat. This demonstration reflects the will of the people to make their voices heard by a government that has become dangerous for the sovereignty of the country through its submission to the Zionist order. In the name of cooperation, Morocco is falling prey to the Zionists, who will soon become the masters of the country. This alarming situation is denounced by the National Front against normalization, which is gaining support every day and plans to maintain its pressure, both locally and internationally, against the government to push it to denounce the agreements concluded with the Zionist entity.

At present, the ongoing demonstrations do not appear to be causing any concern for the Makhzen, as they continue to ignore the calls for change and push forward with their plans to take over the country. This includes their pursuit of support for their unjust and unfeasible plan to resolve the Western Sahara conflict.

In light of this, the Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nacer Bourita, met with Tzachi Hangebi, the Zionist national security adviser, on Wednesday. This meeting is part of the longstanding military cooperation between Morocco and the Zionist Entity, which involves the exchange of intelligence, military training, and the modernization of Morocco’s arsenal.

However, it is worth noting that this cooperation has come under scrutiny due to the Pegasus spyware scandal, which implicates the intelligence services of both parties in the tapping of the phone lines of numerous world leaders, including some of their own allies.

It is important to note that during the Africom maneuvers in 2022, Morocco extended a welcome to 12 soldiers from the Golani battalion of the Tsahal, as reported by the Zionist news outlet I24. This marked a significant first for an Arab country, given the battalion’s controversial history of being responsible for the deaths of numerous Palestinian children.

Furthermore, the relationship between Morocco and the Zionist Entity has continued to evolve, with Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana meeting with Moroccan Parliament Speaker Rachid Talbi Almi to discuss ways to enhance the role of the Moroccan Jewish community within the kingdom’s institutions. Additionally, there were talks about training Moroccan deputies to better manage their legislative responsibilities.

It is worth noting that the president of Le Marocain is also the president of the friendship group between Moroccan parliaments and their Zionist counterparts. As such, the dynamic between these two nations is one that is constantly evolving and bears close observation.

It is imperative that the Moroccan government prioritize the interests of its people and protect the sovereignty of the country. The National Anti-Normalization Front urges the government to reconsider its actions and align its policies with the will of the people. The future of Morocco is at stake!
