Electronic Booking for Hotel Rooms Opens on April 26, 2025, via the Algerian Hajj Portal and “Rokb Al-Hujjaj” App
Algiers, Algeria | April 26th, 2025 — The National Office of Hajj and Umrah (NOHU) has officially announced that the electronic room reservation process for Algerian pilgrims traveling to the holy city of Mecca will commence on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
This critical phase concerns hotel bookings for pilgrimage flights scheduled between May 10 and May 15, 2025. Pilgrims registered with the National Office are invited to complete their reservations exclusively through the Algerian Hajj Portal (https://bawabetelhadj.dz) or the dedicated “Rokb Al-Hujjaj” mobile application.
The NOHU emphasized that this initiative is part of its broader strategy to ensure a transparent, efficient, and seamless organizational process for the Hajj season, leveraging digital tools to facilitate services and enhance the pilgrims’ experience.
Furthermore, the Office clarified that the room booking process for flights scheduled beyond this initial date range will be progressively announced and organized in subsequent phases. Pilgrims are urged to stay updated through official NOHU channels to secure their accommodations in a timely and orderly manner.
The National Office of Hajj and Umrah reiterated its commitment to providing the best possible services to the “guests of Allah,” ensuring that every stage of their sacred journey is conducted with professionalism, precision, and respect for the spiritual significance of Hajj.
