Official Launch of Associative Network for Algerian-African Dialogue and Good Neighborliness

ALGIERS- The official launch of the Associative Network for Algerian-African Dialogue and Good Neighborliness was announced on Saturday in Algiers. This network will serve as a multidisciplinary coordination mechanism, providing a space for reflection, consultation, and implementation of associative development projects.
In his address on this occasion, the President of the National Observatory of Civil Society (ONSC), Noureddine Benbraham, hailed this initiative, emphasizing that the launch of this associative network is part of the ONSC’s program for the period 2024-2030. This program is inspired by its approach and strategic dimensions, established at the initiative of Algerian associations at both the national and provincial levels.
On his part, the President of the Network, Ali Sahel, emphasized the importance of this new mechanism, stating that it “holds great significance due to its strategy, which ensures a strong and effective deployment of civil society on the African and international stage within the framework of extension and integration.”
A partnership and cooperation agreement between the ONSC and the Network was signed on this occasion by Mr. Benbraham. The agreement aims to strengthen the capacities of the network’s member associations and support participatory dynamics between public institutions and associations. This will be achieved through the exchange of expertise and the implementation of projects in the field of Algerian-African dialogue.
The launch of the Associative Network for Algerian-African Dialogue and Good Neighborliness marks a significant step towards enhancing cooperation and dialogue between Algeria and African countries. It reflects Algeria’s commitment to fostering closer ties with its African neighbors and promoting mutual understanding and collaboration across various sectors.
