On a state visit to Russia: President Tebboune lands in Moscow

ALGIERS- The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, arrived in Moscow today for a three-day state visit upon the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The visit aims to strengthen the bilateral ties and cooperation between the two friendly nations. Additionally, President Tebboune will also take part in the International Economic Forum in Saint Petersburg during his stay in Russia.
The state visit holds significant importance as it signifies the mutual desire of both countries to enhance their diplomatic relations and explore avenues of collaboration in various sectors. Algeria and Russia have a long history of friendly ties, and this visit will further solidify the bond between the two nations.
During his visit, President Tebboune is expected to engage in high-level discussions with President Putin, where they will explore opportunities for cooperation in areas such as trade, energy, defense, and culture. Both leaders are likely to review the existing agreements and explore avenues to expand their cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
