ALGIERS- The General Manager of Algérie Poste, Louay Zaidi, and the Acting General Manager of mobile operator Ooredoo, Rony Tohme, recently signed a partnership agreement at the Algérie Poste headquarters. This agreement will provide customers with a range of new, secure digital services that are easily accessible.
Zaidi stated that this partnership is part of the public authorities’ directives to modernize and promote financial inclusion by digitizing all financial offers and operations. The partnership reflects Algérie Poste’s commitment to providing users with complete and global offers that are part of the digital era, particularly with regard to the development of electronic payment systems.
Zaidi also expressed his pleasure in enriching Algérie Poste’ services with modern, practical, and secure digital solutions. The partnership with Ooredoo will allow for innovation and the connection of devices to the internet, making the daily lives of Algerian citizens easier.
Tohme affirmed that this partnership confirms Ooredoo’s continued contribution to the development of the digital sector in Algeria. The agreement will elevate the customer experience to higher levels throughout the national territory. Ooredoo will make its technological expertise available to Algérie Poste to accelerate and spread the use of new digital solutions, including modern means of payment, such as electronic and mobile payments.
