The National Office of Competitions and Examinations (Onec) has indicated, Thursday in a publication, that holders of the baccalaureate between the years 1963 and 2005 can submit a request for withdrawal of the final diploma, via a site dedicated to this purpose.
Those concerned who have not yet collected their final baccalaureate diploma must submit a request via an electronic site opened by Onec for this purpose.
To do this, the persons concerned must fill in the form, according to the data available on the provisional certificate of success (date of the session, sector, surname and first name, etc.), then print the receipt in order to present it during of withdrawal.
Onec notes that the withdrawal of the final baccalaureate diploma will be done “by the person concerned or by legalized power of attorney”, with presentation of the national identity document or driving license, in addition to the form printed from the site.
Onec stresses, however, that “a single copy” of the final baccalaureate diploma “will be given”, knowing that it is possible to follow the traceability of the request.
It should also be noted that the aforementioned site is open all year round and every day.
However, from the date of May 10, the person concerned can only withdraw his diploma after July 15.
In the event of an error noted on the final diploma, the person concerned must approach the nearest Onec branch, out of the nine spread across the national territory.
