Partnership Agreement between Algerian People’s National Assembly, Parliament of Congo

Algiers- Algeria, May 6, 2024 – A memorandum of understanding and partnership was signed on Monday in Algiers between the People’s National Assembly (APN) of Algeria and the National Assembly of Congo.
According to a statement from the APN office, this agreement, signed by the Speaker of the People’s National Assembly (APN), Mr. Brahim Boughali, and the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Congo, Mr. Isidore Mvouba, aims to facilitate the exchange of documents and legislative texts between the two countries. Additionally, it will allow for the organization of forums, conferences, and training sessions.
The agreement also provides for regular meetings between the speakers and members of both assemblies. These meetings will serve as platforms for discussing major international issues and promoting friendship groups, as well as exchanging experiences on administrative, technical, and financial management matters.
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Congo, Mr. Isidore Mvouba, began, noteworthy, an official 5-day visit to Algeria on Sunday, upon the invitation of the Speaker of the People’s National Assembly (APN), Mr. Brahim Boughali.
