People with reduced mobility: Important announcement from Air Algérie

ALGIERS- The national airline Air Algérie announced, this Sunday, on its Facebook page, that from May 1, 2023, the reservation of a wheelchair should be made at the level of the Air Algérie agencies at the latest 48 hours before the date of the trip.

The air carrier has indicated that for reasons of safety, comfort and quality of service, the number of wheelchairs per flight is limited.

In addition, Air Algérie noted that an accompanying person aged at least 18 years old, capable of assisting the person for whom he is responsible, is necessary in certain cases, and this on presentation of medical proof.
