ALGIERS- In a meeting held in Algiers, Prime Minister Nadir Larbaoui received the Ambassador of Vietnam to Algeria, Mr. Tran Quoc Khanh, on Sunday.
According to a statement from the Prime Minister’s office, the discussions between the two parties focused on the longstanding historical relations between Algeria and Vietnam, highlighting the progress and development of partnership between the two countries following the implementation of recommendations from the Algerian-Vietnamese Joint Commission held in October 2023. The areas of focus included economics, investment, social affairs, and culture.
Both officials reiterated the commitment of their respective countries to further enhance cooperation across all sectors. The meeting underscored the mutual desire to strengthen bilateral ties and explore new avenues for collaboration between Algeria and Vietnam.
