Algiers, Algeria | December 9th, 2024 — Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune departed from Algiers on Monday, heading to Nouakchott, Mauritania, to take part in the Continental Conference on Education, Youth, and Employability. Before boarding his flight, President Tebboune was ceremonially seen off at Houari Boumediene International Airport by a delegation comprising Prime Minister Nadir Larbaoui and General of the Army Saïd Chanegriha, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army and Minister Delegate to the Ministry of National Defense. This moment underscored the importance of the President’s mission and Algeria’s active role in addressing continental issues.

President Tebboune’s participation in the conference aligns with Algeria’s strategic commitment to fostering African unity and sustainable development.
