ALGIERS- Ahmed Ouihman, the President of the Moroccan Observatory Against Normalization, has emphasized that the Moroccan people reject normalization with the Zionist entity and insist on the necessity of reviewing and canceling agreements made with the Zionist government.

Speaking at the recent Fifth International Forum in Solidarity with Palestine held in South Africa, Ouihman warned about the significant danger posed by the Zionist entity in Morocco and other countries it has an influence on.

He cautioned against the Zionist’s disruptive agenda in Maghreb countries, particularly in fueling conflicts, such as the tensions between Morocco and Algeria. Ouihman expressed concern about encouraging ethnic separatist attempts and stressed that normalization and separatism are two sides of the same coin, leading to the destabilization of the region at the hands of the Zionist movement.

Ouihman highlighted his unique role as the sole representative of Morocco, having received invitations from three entities: the Global Campaign for the Return to Palestine, the South African Parliament, and Nelson Mandela’s grandson.

The Moroccan human rights activist stated in a press release that South Africa has taken an honorable stance on the developments in Palestine. He noted that there was unanimous agreement between the government and opposition in the South African Parliament to close the Zionist entity’s embassy and expel its diplomatic mission from the country. South Africa also called for the Netanyahu government to be brought to the International Criminal Court for its war on Gaza and the broader Palestinian territories, considering it as genocide against the Palestinian people with the involvement of the United States and complicity of Western governments.
