ALGIERS- The Parliament, comprising both chambers, will convene on Monday, December 25. The plenary session will feature a speech by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, marking a tradition he establishes starting this year.
Presidential Decree No. 462-23, dated December 19, was published in the latest Official Gazette, summoning the Parliament to these joint chambers. The decree specifies that “The parliamentary session, the subject of this summons, will be concluded upon the exhaustion of the aforementioned agenda.”
The inaugural address holds special significance as President Tebboune reflects on the transformative four years of his presidency. His unique leadership style, characterized by spontaneity, naturalness, ethics, morality, simplicity, determination, and strong leadership, has resonated with millions of Algerians.
