In his discourse, President Tebboune urged students and members of the Higher Council of Youth to propel Algeria towards an emerging status, particularly in the domain of science. He pledged comprehensive support to the youth, acknowledging their role as the primary agents of national rejuvenation.

Gazing into the future, President Tebboune delineated an ambitious vision for Algeria, envisioning a fully digitized economy and a flourishing startup ecosystem by 2027.
