President Tebboune appoints presidents and state commissioners to the six administrative courts of appeal

The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, has appointed the Presidents and State Commissioners to the six (6) administrative courts of appeal, said a statement from the Ministry of Justice on Saturday.

“In accordance with the Constitution, in particular its articles 91 paragraph 7, 92 and 165, the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune has appointed the presidents and commissioners of State to the administrative courts of appeal.

Concerning the presidents of the administrative courts of appeal, they are Mrs. and MM:

– Abdellah Ziani in Bechar.

– Abdelkader Hemdane in Tamanrasset.

– Saliha Aouak in Algiers.

– Kamel Helissi in Constantine.

– Nasreddine Amrane in Ouargla.

– Abdelrahmi Benhamida in Oran.

 

Regarding the State Commissioners at the same courts, they are MM:

– Mustapha Abdi in Bechar.

– Mohamed Lamine Sebahi in Tamanrasset

– Mohamed Benlakhdar Benabdellah in Algiers.

– Abdelouahab Bounab in Constantine.

– Said Chicha in Ouargla.

– Abdelkader Fares in Oran,” the statement read.
