President Tebboune Bestows the National Order of Merit “Athir” on South African President Cyril Ramaphosa

Algiers, Algeria | December 7th, 2024 — In a powerful display of fraternity and mutual respect, Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune conferred the National Order of Merit at the rank of “Athir” on South African President Cyril Ramaphosa.
