President Tebboune Dismisses Agriculture Minister Henni

ALGIERS– President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on Tuesday, November 28, dismissed Agriculture and Rural Development Minister Mohamed Abdelhafid Henni. The decision was made in consultation with Prime Minister Nadir Larbaoui, according to a statement from the Presidency.

Mohamed Abdelhafid Henni will be succeeded by the Minister of Transport, Youcef Cherfa. Simultaneously, Mohamed Lahbib Zahana has been appointed as the new Minister of Transport, taking over from Youcef Cherfa.
