The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune chaired, on Sunday, a meeting of the Council of Ministers during which he stressed the importance of the total liberation of investment projects course from bureaucratic system, says a statement from the Council of Ministers.
After reviewing the bill on the terms and conditions for granting land concessions in the private domain of the State intended for the realization of investment projects, President Tebboune stressed the importance of “the total release of the investment projects of bureaucratic system”, recommending “to adopt a purely commercial logic in the treatment of the economic land file”.
The President of the Republic ordered “the continuation of the enrichment of the proposed project to define the nature of the relationship between the State Services and the land agencies to be created for the granting and management of economic land, all types combined,” the statement added.
President Tebboune also gave instructions to “grant the agencies in charge of economic land a special status allowing them to manage the areas and parks constituting their land portfolio”.
