President Tebboune Meets with Directors and Heads of Public and Private Media Establishments

Algiers, Algeria | January 15th, 2025 — On Wednesday, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune held a significant meeting with the directors and senior officials of various public and private media institutions. During the meeting, which was attended by high-ranking officials including the Director of Cabinet at the Presidency, the Minister of Communication, the President’s Advisor for General Communication, and the spokesperson of the Presidency, President Tebboune took the time to listen attentively to the concerns and proposals from the media leaders. The discussions revolved around enhancing the media landscape, fostering growth, and ensuring the betterment of work conditions for journalists.

In a gesture of goodwill, the President also extended his well wishes for the New Year, not only to the attendees but also to journalists across the nation, both within Algeria and abroad, highlighting the importance of their work in shaping public discourse and advancing national development.
