President Tebboune Receives Credentials of Five New Ambassadors, Strengthening Algeria’s Diplomatic Engagement

In a new demonstration of Algeria’s active foreign policy, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune formally welcomes the new envoys from Somalia, Guinea, Zambia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Estonia

 

Algiers, Algeria | April 28th, 2025 — In a vivid reflection of Algeria’s dynamic and expanding diplomatic presence on the international stage, President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune received on Monday the letters of credence of five new ambassadors accredited to Algeria.

 

During an official ceremony held at the El Mouradia Palace, President Tebboune personally welcomed each envoy, underlining Algeria’s steadfast commitment to deepening its bilateral ties, reinforcing international cooperation, and contributing to global stability.

The newly accredited ambassadors include:

-Yusuf Ahmed Hassan, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia;

-Abdourahmane Sikhé Camara, Ambassador of the Republic of Guinea;

-Topply Mulambo Lubaya, Ambassador of the Republic of Zambia;

-Bojana Kondic Panic, Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

-Andres Rundu, Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia.

The solemn ceremony provided an opportunity to reaffirm Algeria’s readiness to work closely with these nations across multiple sectors.
