President Tebboune Travels to Tunisia for Trilateral Consultative Meeting

ALGIERS- President Abdelmadjid Tebboune embarked on Monday for Tunisia to attend the inaugural consultative meeting gathering the heads of state of Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya, following an invitation extended by Tunisian President Kais Saied, as stated by the Presidency of the Republic.
In its announcement, the Presidency of the Republic emphasized, “At the invitation of his brother, the President of the Tunisian Republic, a sisterly country, Mr. Kais Saied, President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, is traveling today to Tunisia to participate in the first consultative meeting bringing together the leaders of Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya.”
This meeting signifies a significant diplomatic initiative aimed at bolstering cooperation and addressing shared challenges among the three North African nations. President Tebboune’s attendance underscores Algeria’s dedication to regional dialogue and cooperation, with a view to advancing stability and development.
