President Tebboune works to “build consensus around important national issues”

President of the Freedom and Justice Party (PLJ), Djamel Benziadi, said on Sunday in Algiers that the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune has been working to “build a consensus around important national issues” with the aim of form a national front “associating everyone”.

In a statement to the press at the end of the audience granted to him by President Tebboune at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic, Benziadi indicated that he “perceived from the President of the Republic, a frankness and a sincere intention to build a consensus around important national issues and engage in dialogue with all political and socio-economic partners, in order to form a national front associating everyone and facing the dangers that await Algeria”.

The President of the PLJ described, in this context, the “tradition of consultation, dialogue and understanding” initiated by the President of the Republic, “a laudable tradition that should be perpetuated and expanded as much as possible. may”.

“We presented to the President of the Republic our point of view on socio-economic issues, such as the review of the subsidy policy,” Benziadi added.

The hearing had taken place in the presence of the director of cabinet at the Presidency of the Republic, Abdelaziz Khellaf.
